I had the most wonderful experience with Village Florist. I have to order blindly because I live across the country. It was not for a happy occasion, but Julie made it so much better. Their flowers are fresh, beautifully arranged and above and beyond beautiful. The customer service is amazing, something I just don't experience here. Village Florist was able to get my ailing friend a wonderful arrangement in her favorite color on the same day I put order in. I'd already ordered from another nearby florist who was unable to deliver at all to the further out address of my friend. Unbeknownst to me, I'd thought order went through & no one from florist bothered to inform me they weren't going to deliver. So thats why I needed Village Florist to save the day. They delivered to my friend SAME DAY I called them.

Simply the BEST! I must say this florist went above & beyond my expectations. They even went as far as texting me a picture of the arrangement for my nephew in the hospital there, since I live out of town. That was such a nice surprise. Julie and her team the past 2 years have gone WAY above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. I lived in Pa. last year and moved to Md. this year and on both of the centerpieces they did for my Dad and stepmom were EXCEPTIONAL.
